Orders & availability
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or appears fraudulent. If that happens, we will contact you using the details you provided.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods may include Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. Payment must be completed according to the method you select at checkout.
Shipping
We ship across Pakistan through partners such as TCS and Leopard. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by city and courier conditions. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide.
Returns & exchanges
Unopened products in original packaging may be eligible for exchange or return within a limited window after delivery, subject to inspection. Tester sets and opened fragrance bottles are generally non-returnable for hygiene reasons unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Contact us promptly with your order details and photos if something is wrong.
